Where is my order ?

Under the section section "Where is my order" you will have direct acces to our freight forwarders website. You have to click on the correct link and tip your tracking number. If there are no information, the order has not been collected yet by DHL or Colissimo. If you need more details, email us and we will make sure that the information has been updated correctly.


Can i be refunded ?

Yes. Our Refund Policy allows refunds IF before sending back the iem, you have emailed us first. Once you have received an acceptance email the order must be received within 7 days to avoid a re stock fee of 25 %. Transport charges and sale items are not refunded.


Can i get a discount ?

Yes, our Welcome Offer is 15 % off your order. We do as well regular discount on a selection of items.


Do you ship to Australia?

We ship to almost all the countries where DHL can deliver easily.


Can you deliver at my work ?

Yes. You just have to mention a delivery address and a billing address.

Can i collect my order myself ?

Yes in Orléans and Paris, from Thursday to Sunday.
